Abstract
This research aims to analyze the financial of the planned Palu City Bus Rapid Transit. It involves assessing cash flow calculations based on Vehicle Operating Costs (VOC) and the proposed fare. Financial feasibility is evaluated using Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Break Even Point (BEP), and Pay Back Period (PBP). The findings indicate that under a load factor of 70%, the financial feasibility tests of NPV, IRR, BCR, BEP, and PBP suggest that the investment is viable. At load factor (LF) conditions of 70% and 50%, it can be considered feasible, while at a load factor condition of 30%, it cannot be considered feasible yet.
